Wild Blossom Blanc de Fleur

2005 International Mead Competition Gold Medal winner. A Semi dry traditional mead similar to a Riesling. Blanc de Fleur, a semi dry style mead with floral honey tones and a crisp fruity flavor. Served chilled, this engaging wine is perfect on its own or with fish, chicken and light cheeses. This mead is made from the nectar of wildflowers collected by honey bees from the prairies of the Midwest. 12% ABV
