This is a semi dry mead made form fermented honey infused with Hibiscus flowers. It is crisp with hibiscus flower flavor with notes of honey. Similur to rose' wine. When chilled or on the rocks excellent for summer drinking on hot days. Complements light foods, Cheeses and fruit. 750ML bottles.
